So I'm in New York, flying back to Denver. The snowstorm that I left in Denver earlier in the week is passing through, so there's some delay risk on my flight out today.

I could fret, but I overhear the guy in front of me in line explain to the agent that in the last two days he's flown 7 segments on United (yep, Chicago was involved), all of which were late or redirected ... culminating in an arrival in NYC last night at 3:00 AM.

He managed to miss every meeting he was supposed to attend, and is now waitlisted on the day's flights to get back to Denver...

I humbly accepted my boarding pass when it was my turn...
