Busy coupla weeks to start the new year.

At NewsGator, we've been on CNBC, mentioned in Fortune, growing like a weed, and blessed with more business opportunities than we can (at the moment) pursue. (Attention, all ex-Peoplesofters!)

The Rocky Mountain Progressive Network has launched its next phase, broadening its name to ProgressNow.org and adding substantial financial support to extend and expand the mission. Which has the Governor and his staff riled ... and caught en flagrante in re the truth....(for which they apologized later...). The right has responded with a series of propagandists here in Colorado -- more proof that new media innovation can win political wars, too...

Oh, and I was in Europe for a few days last week...

Fortunately my fabulous partner has done the Mad Housewife bit and kept the wheels on at home... and we did have a date (-ish) last night, to see "Ray". Biopic year; Howard Hughes and Charles.... Jamie Foxx was amazing. The liner notes to the soundtrack indicate that he had to try out for the part by jamming on piano for two hours straight with Ray Charles himself. After which Ray jumped up and said, 'He's the one...'

Imagine that try-out!
